I’ve been training with Sonny for over 3 months now, and believe he is one of the most committed trainers around. He is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging. I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts.
I am currently training for an International Physique League competition. I have been training with different trainers since Dec 2016.I have switched trainers so many times I lost count. I was having a very hard time finding the right trainer to get me ready for stage; until I met Zak. Meeting Zak was a prayer answered. I was on the verge of giving up my dreams of competing. Since I started training with Zak my muscle strength and definition has improved a great deal. All the compliments I have been getting from my friends and coworkers are prove. Zak had me squatting bars I never though I would be able to. He has turned my "i can't" to, "look what I just did",Zak has taken personal interest in getting me stage ready. He gives me workouts to practice on days that am not training with him, and follows up to see that I am on track. He also checks to see that I stay on track with my meals. His rates are much better than all the other trainers (I had trained with); and yet he seems to know more than all the other trainers I had worked with. I cannot thank Zak enough, in him I have gained a friend to walk with me as I pursue my dream of competing. I would recommend Zak to anyone looking for a trainer. You will definitely not regret it.This will be worth your time and money. Zachary ROCKS!!!!!!
I wanted to share my story regarding results I have seen since working out with Becky. In Feb 2011 I had to have major surgery. Before my surgery I was 110 lbs. I have always been small and never had any trouble losing or maintaining my weight. That changed after my surgery. Within a year I gained 15 lbs. Which doesn't seem much to the average person but it was huge to me. I have worked out with 3 other personal trainers and did not see the results I have seen with Becky. Within 2 1/2 months of working with Becky I am back down to my pre-surgery weight. I never thought this would happen. I had come to terms with being larger than I have ever been my entire life. Becky's encouragement, energy and the balance between cardio and weights is what made the difference between the other trainers that I have used. I have told everyone I know about Becky and the results that I have seen. I have used 3 other personal trainers and Becky by far is the best. She is very comfortable to be around and I have already learned several new techniques. She combines cardio and strength training in a way that you do not really know you are doing cardio, which is my least favorite. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone is experienced and knowledgeable in personal training.
Adam was my trainer for the past few years before moving to Texas. Besides being a great guy, I was always impressed by his passion to help his clients, his knowledge and his ability to connect. I had issues with my lower back and Adam was always keen to making sure we watched that. He listens!! He is a great motivator and will make a difference in your life. He is very personable and easy to talk to. He cares about his clients!Not only is he one of the best trainers, he is a great person and extremely professional. He definitely deserves a 5 star rating!!
After meeting Ruby, it doesn't seem that i hired just a personal trainer, it seems that i made a life long friend. Ruby and I met last summer. Last July I was desperately trying to shed the extra 40 pregnancy pounds but it seemed that i hit a plateau after loosing 20lbs. I still had 40 more lbs to go. Thats when ruby came in. I contacted her through thumbtack. She responded to my call almost immediately and we met the following Thursday. Now 6 months later i have reached my goal weight thanks to Ruby and her strict eatting changes ( don't like saying diet, because loosing weight should be more like making changes to eatting for the rest of my life). I finally fit into my pre pregnancy clothes. Ruby and i still keep in touch. She reminds me what's good for my body and health and she is very open to questions even after we are through with our sessions. Hiring Ruby as a personal trainer is worth the $ and time. I have worked with other trainers in the past and I never felt comfortable with anyone else, but Ruby was different.
Lori Duff has been a God-send for me these past 3 weeks, as she has launched me into a holistic plan for my long-term fitness, health and wellness. Lori cares about all aspects of her clients' weight loss needs, and any triggers that have prevented someone from previously reaching their fitness goals. She is always on time and prepares for our sessions in advance. In my first 10 days I lost 5lbs, thanks to the hard work in my sessions with Lori, and the nutritional education she is providing me. My goal is to drop 3 dress sizes....and I know I will get there while I am training with the Fitness Advocate, Lori Duff! ~KP
Cody is a great trainer at a reasonable cost. You will definitely see results by following his instruction. Just let him know what your goal is and he will definitely surpass it!!

Evan, Joey and Ted are GREAT trainers! Each one of them knows how to motivate you to give your maximum effort during a workout. Workouts are challenging and fun, and you NEVER do the same workout twice. I had numerous schedule changes over the summer and was able to train with each of these instructors, so I know they will all get you results! Class sizes are small and the rates are affordable. I highly recommend Tough Fitness!
I want to let each of you know what my experience has been with Dan. I turn 59 this year and I have worked out with a number of trainers over the years. I call them counters because thats all they did for me. They counted and I did all the work no results! Then I met Dan in January of this year. I did the genetics testing as he recommended. Once I received the results he explained to me what the results meant and what I needed to do to get in better shape. From nutrition and cardio to weight training, he has guided me along the way. We started training three days a week. He taught me how to box as a cardio routine. Never thought I would get it, but with his patience and guidance I am now boxing and loving it GREAT CARDIO!!! Weight training has been amazing! I have never seen results like this before!! His knowledge and understanding of the human body through nutrition and weight training is the most valuable information I have ever received. Thank you Dan for changing my body and life! Robert H.
I would HIGHLY recommend this gym and the trainers for anyone at any fitness level! It's the best deal you'll find anywhere for personal training and it's legit. Fitness has always felt like a chore to me, but this is the first time that I'm actually excited about it and look forward to my workouts. Great people/atmosphere, flexible with scheduling, and very knowledgeable staff. They know their stuff and make it fun! I NEVER write reviews for anything, but this is worth telling people about. Try it out, you won't regret it.

Jamie was my trainer for many years. She is very professional. She was always prepared and frequently adjusted our workouts based on my current goals. After working with many personal trainers during the last 10+ years, I can confidently recommend her as an excellent personal trainer.
Liz was an amazing trainer. We worked together for 4 months for an hour 3 times a week. She was a great motivator and knew a lot of about the nutrition side of training. I loved how we worked only a couple parts of the body each session unlike other trainers that do it all at once. I really saw my body transform.
Great location? Check. Great trainer? Check. Great owner who truly cares about her clients and their well-being? DOUBLE CHECK! I could have gone to any "traditional" gym and fallen victim to overcrowded classes, overzealous trainers and overpriced services...but I didn't. Instead I chose a small, but mighty fitness studio that is tailored to my needs and supports my efforts in making me the strongest I can be. Couple that with their focus on healthy living and eating and I have everything I need in a partner that again, truly wants to see me succeed. I love My House Fitness and recommend you stop in and see for yourself.
Janelle is a great trainer. She is someone that doesn't let you make excuses which exactly what I needed. She helped me get in the best shape of my life for my wedding and is currently helping me stay in shape while pregnant. Janelle is very knowledgeable about the body as far as how to work it and nutrition. I would recommend Janelle to anyone whom is looking for results and wants a trainer to help them get there!
All his programs are based on your body type current weight and metabolism. He understands your strengths and weaknesses. Excellent experience since last 18minths. I lost 22Lb and 6 inches. I would recommend Tray if you are really looking for complete body and mind training.
Alix is an excellent trainer. Not only is he knowledgeable about fitness, he listens carefully to understand what your goals are and what limitations you may have, if any. I'm very serious about getting into shape. I asked Alix to push me hard to the point of complete exhaustion where I couldn't go any longer and now I'm seeing results! He will show no mercy but as the saying goes, "no pain, no gain." In the past I've had trainers that don't pay much attention to you, but not Alix. He monitors every movement you make to ensure you are doing the exercises correctly and not injure yourself. He not only trains you, he teaches you. He is also very friendly and easy to talk to. He will answer any questions you might have. I would highly recommend Alix as your personal trainer.
I have had a few personal trainers in the past, but I've never had a trainer like Hanya before! She's very motivating to keep pushing you forward, and allows you to see that you can overcome any obstacle you have with hard work and determination. Ive been working out with Hanya little over a month and not only do I physically see the change, I've got the energy and motivation to keep moving forward. She's always ready to get things started when I arrive and if for some reason she's always able to work around it. I'd recommended anyone who is serious about getting healthy and in shape ( or better shape) to give Hanya a try! She has vast amounts of knowledge about how to work your body out as well as nutrition.
