- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We run specials all the time. Our standard pricing is $25.00 per area of carpet (which is 100 to 150 sq. ft.). We also run specials on our tile and grout, furniture, rugs and air ducts. Our Janitorial service has specials also, but they do like to go to the customers home to give a quote. It is a better way of pricing when you know exactly what the customer is requesting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we will send you a quote on the services you are requesting, or ask for more information. We will then call you and set up a schedule that is good for you, and a discount on first time customers. When we arrive at your home we will introduce ourselves, and explain the process we are going to do for the services you have requested. Once we have finished you will receive an invoice, and you will be able to pay by cash, credit card, or check. If there are any problems that come up you simply call the office and we will take care of it right away. We have a 98% customer satisfaction rate, and 90% of our customers are repeats.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our head technicians are trained and certified, and workers in training will be certified after 90 days.
