If you want to add a copier or printer to your existing fleet, or you want to replace an old worn out machine, give me a call. Championship service, performed with integrity at reasonable rates is what I offer my customers. I sell and lease Copystar copiers, printers, & mfp's, Lexmark printers, copiers, and mfp's, and FP Mailing Solutions. I service these as well, along with Brother and HP printers. I may, at my sole discretion, service other brands depending upon the availability of parts, supplies, and service documentation. Feel free to ask. I am honored to give discounts to veteran owned and first responder owned businesses, as well was churches, ministries, and other non-profit organizations as a way of giving back. I won't know if you fit this criteria or not unless you tell me, so don't be shy about it. Also, I must stress here that I service ONLY LASER PRINTERS & COPIERS. I do not service inkjet printers or copiers, or plotters. Also, if you have ever been a customer of On Site Imaging Solutions, you've come to the right place. I have just acquired the company from it's second owner and plan to continue the quality service begun by the original owners.

Jim Chitty of Champion Office Systems is very professional and knowledgeable in his field. He is always very kind and responds to service requests in a timely manner. He always makes sure he has a good understanding of your issue before he schedules time to go look at your machine. When working on the machines, he has always been very up front about what needs to be done and any other issues there may be and tries to handle them as quickly as possible. Even if you have to wait for parts to ship in, he keeps in contact with you so you are constantly aware of what's going on and how long the process may take. I would recommend Jim and Champion Office Systems to anyone who asks.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My onsite labor rate is $95/hour with a one hour minimum. Subsequent hours are pro-rated in 15 minute increments. There is also a mileage charge of $.42/mile for every mile over 25 miles from my location. I do offer discounted rates for churches, ministries, charities, and other non-profits, as well as veteran owned and first-responder owned businesses. Just mention that you fit one of these criteria in the initial contact. Before any parts are replaced, you will have a firm estimate as to what they will cost. Parts over $75 must be paid for in advance of them being ordered. Labor and mileage will not be charged or collected until job is complete, meaning if a part has to be ordered and replaced on a second trip, you will be charged for everything only once the call is completed and your device is working to your satisfaction. I offer a 30 day warranty on labor and parts* Should you become a repeat customer, then I will bill you for the work done. Should you decide to put your device under a service contract, then you will only be billed for the monthly contract amount. Contact me for more information regarding my service agreements. (*Parts warranty could be longer if vendor I get the part from offers longer warranty)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer reaches out to me here on Thumbtack with the exact make and model of the copier or printer they want serviced and a detailed description of the problem. If it is a device I service and they are okay with my rates after we have communicated, then I respond and we set up a service call.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 26 years experience repairing copiers, printers, MFPs, and fax machines of various makes and models. I have factory training and certification from Kyocera/Copystar, Konica Minolta, Muratec, Lexmark, and many others. I also have an Associates Degree in Electronics from DeVry. For healthcare providers, I am HIPAA Compliant Certified.
