I received a referral from a friend to try LD Holland as my personal trainer. Our very 1st meeting we discussed what my goals were and how to accomplish them. He helped me to create a meal plan based on my likes and dislikes as well as overseeing my training. He's very thorough. He's easy going and still manages to motivate me to work out. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Massage Therapist: Each year I have completed a minimum of 6 hours of formal continuing education. Master Fitness Trainer: Formal continuing education for Nutrition, Endurance and Strength. Also 8 hours of formal specialize training per year.
- What types of customers have you worked with?I have worked with a wide range of clients. I done individual and boot camps. Individual or small group allow me to spend time on perfecting the movement throughout the exercises. Boot camps I focus on getting a good calorie burn sessions. I recommends modification of exercise based on client's abilities.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Be willing to communication what's may be causing you to get off track. You and the trainer can make adjustments, such as training schedule, diet plan or type of workouts.
