Introduction: If there is one thing I hate, it's the notion that fabulous design and spaces that you love have to be expensive to be beautiful. Creativity, resourcefulness and the unexpected inspire my work. I love to work with people and help them to create spaces as if they were my own. I don't get caught up in the snobbiness that can be confused as good design. If you love it, then it's perfect for you! Getting people excited about the space they live in! There is nothing better than revealing something to a client that they couldn't describe or convey, but that I'm able to deliver. I love seeing a completed space before the project has begun and knowing how amazing it has the potential to be!

I have been waiting 15 years to decorate my Master Bedroom. I was totally lost. I left it up to Megan to listen to what I needed and figure out the rest. I really asked her to read my mind- and SHE did it!! I am ecstatic with the results and I promise that I will never wait again! Already planning the playroom- in my head, of course. From now on, I'll leave the rest to Megan!

FAQs

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I read, read, read and scour all design resources I know of to learn more and expose myself to new ideas. I also believe being well traveled internationally has helped immensely to expose myself to different textiles, environments and inspiration.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I realized that I was spending more time thinking about the projects I was working on at home or with friends than my daily 9-5 job. I was constantly looking for ways to build into my days time to read design blogs or DIY projects. Eventually it all came together and I took a leap of faith!
What types of customers have you worked with?
Everything from working with avid DIY'ers to get get them started, paint consults, and shopping assistance, to full design execution!
