Anne V. says, "When moving my items, the movers accidentally packed some items that my boyfriend set aside and needed not to be packed for his work. Emily and her crew came out twice, two hours away from where their office is at, to help us find this before he needed the equipment for his work. I recognize that accidents happen, but they made every effort to “make it right“. That’s what professionalism and good customer service is all about! I would definitely use them again. Lesson learned and advice for anyone reading this…. those guys are really busting their butts to get everything moved for you quickly. Either take items you don’t want moved and put them somewhere other than in the house. Or if they are large objects, use a system to physically mark them, such as brightly colored tape or those big dots. That may have prevented this."See more
