I have been training with Ashley 2-3 times per week for the last 2.5 years with the focus being on overall fitness with an emphasis on core and lower body strength. I have seen dramatic improvement in my core/lower body strength. When I first started training with Ashley, I had constant pain in my knees. Now, I never have problems with my knees. The exercises vary each workout which keeps the training sessions fresh. The sessions are a combination of cardio and working on several body parts and go by quickly. I'm now to do point of looking forward to my training sessions.

I just found this link - I hope this is not too late. I take Guru Ravi Kaur Farley's yoga class. She has helped me with so many things, it's difficult to know where to start. First, she gets me through each and every day --not just the days we have class. She has given me tips of things to do to help with stress, focus and energy. She has helped me dig through buried anger and release it. She has helped me understand others and forgive. Most of all, she has helped me to understand what is going on and how to work through it. Of all of the things I do for my health, Guru Ravi Kaur Farley is one of the most important aspects of my voyage.
Eric has my been my trainer over a year. I have really enjoyed working with him, he is very professional and a wonderful person. He watches you as you do your exercises to make sure that posture and exercises are done well. He listens to you,And very careful to avoid injuries. My body has changed so much since I work with him. I would say that he is the most professional trainer I’ve ever seen. And I’ve been around many.

DeAnna is an excellent knowledgeable trainer. She creates a custom full body work out to get you in top shape without causing injury. I have to work around several old injuries , she has been miraculous in getting me back into shape and at a fitness level that has reenergized and changed my life.
