I like to make my services affordable. I never want to hear "I am in poor health because I can't afford to work out"
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with them free of charge so we can get to know each other and map out a personalized plan for success
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I believe education is never finished in the fitness world. I am always looking for new fitness workshops, obtaining new certifications, and learning from my fellow trainers. My most recent certifivations include silver sneakers, PiYo and kickboxing. Next month will be boot camp .
