I had a couple of TVs that I needed to hang. Kurt came by, took a look and informed me I did not have all the hardware. He told me had some at his house that he could use. He hung the TVs with no problems. I asked him if he could move the boxes and he informed me that he could do it. However, it may void the warranty with Frontier. He suggested I contact Frontier and they would do it for free. I counted Frontier and sure enough, they did it for me, free of charge. Thank You Kurt for your honesty! I also had him patch a couple of holes in the drywall. When he finished, You couldn’t even tell there were any holes.

Very sorry I’ve been over backwards for you found every single tool bracket bolt nut that I can find to actually not your TVs because you had absolutely zero and you did not have frontier you had spectrum and spectrum is supposed to hook that up for you and if I touch that it would not be in warranty because they will void your warranty of some of it was a mess and Siri sorry you had that experience

He came with Lithium Battery and ladder to reach smoke alarm on high ceiling. He replaced the battery in just a few minutes, and the chirping stopped. I would hire him again.
