Introduction: I incorporate a technique in my sessions called the Trager Approach. It is a movement that lengthens bones, promote circulation and teaches the body to move more comfortably. It's quite a treat!
Helping someone manage or relieve pain without prescription medication and seeing them happy where they felt no hope before truly makes my heart smile. This enables me to keep doing what I do.

Not understanding why this Sergio would give a one star review when I haven't had the pleasure of working with him. It is in poor distaste being that something like this can affect how other people perceive my practice.

Went for a massage, Allie was kind and professional, I was led to her office filled out a quick medical form was asked if i had any health issues and if i required any additional attention to specific needs (shoulder legs back ect....)...massage was great, she applied a nice amount of pressure...she is a good conversationalist, i am definitely going again
