I've been training with Dan so far for 4 months and he really helped to change my physique. I improved my posture within the first few weeks and he focused on the weakest parts of my body that needed improvement 🍑 Dan is both an excellent trainer and an exceptional person. He really puts a signature effort on every client individually and pushes you to achieve your goals. 💪🏻 If you need a personal trainer you have come to the right place!
Mat is a great trainer. He is very caring and very flexible when it comes to scheduling sessions with him. He is ALWAYS available if you have any questions or concerns. Matt is a great motivator, and will have you doing things you never thought you could do, for example, before going to him I would never get on the ground to do pushups, planks, etc. because I was afraid of not be able to get back up. Since I have been going to him I can do all these things and then some. I do have my bad days were I feel like I cant do it but Matt is very patient and pushes me in a good way to not give up! I have been with him since July of this year. My journey with him will be for a whole year and I believe I will see great results! People are already noticing I have lost some weight. Matt is terrific, I highly recommend him as a trainer!!
Bekah is an amazing trainer! She's there with you, pushing and encouraging you. She takes time to really explain what each work out is helping you achieve. She listens and helps out! She's my second trainer and I have to say I wish I would have found her sooner. She really motivates me to stick to my goals. Also very important- she's down to earth and very kind person. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a personal trainer!!

Sam was professional but attentive to my individual fitness needs. The progress I made in a month was astounding and wonderful. He encouraged me every step of the way, but never once allowed me to slack in the process. He was also very easy to talk to. I highly recommend Sam as a personal trainer.
Mrs. Yang, is an intuitive, patient personal trainer. She provides undivided attention,both physically and verbally. She is knowledgeable, freely sharing of same. I feel confident, my goals will be realized.
Kevin is great. He has a passion for personal training and health. Cares deeply about his clients, and is dedicated to improving their fitness routines. He knows the right balance between encouragement and tough love. He knows exactly how hard to push, without pushing too far during a training session. Even thru any injuries he makes sure to constantly ask if your ok so that's a plus to know that he worries about your body. kevin is also flexible in scheduling workouts. He will accommodate to your schedule and will find the time to train you. Constantly varies the exercises for each session I never know what to expect, except that I'm going to work hard and feel lasting results. I was out of shape. I couldn't run a mile or walk up a flight of stairs without getting winded. I avoided the gym like the black plague. It was the last thing I wanted to do with my free time. Now I actually enjoy working out! I am a little stronger, little fitter, and have more energy. I can honestly say that ever since we began I feel better inside and confident. I still have a long way to go and thats fine because at the end of the day he makes sure that we are makinh progress to the goal that i gave him...It's all thanks to Kevin and his kick ass workouts.

Mike Arrowood at Arrowood Strength Training is not your average personal trainer! He is the complete package: Education (degrees and many certifications), work-related experiences (world class athlete, EMT, clinical exercise specialist for a physical therapy practice), professional in operating his business and most of all wants all of his clients to see results and obtain their goals. Personally he has helped me reach my fitness and weight-loss goals and helped me overcome setbacks I experienced through his knowledge of the human anatomy, physiology and bio-mechanics; training protocols and nutrition. Mike made certain I didn't feel like "just a client" but was a part of my program. He did this through his personal interactions of asking questions, listening to the responses regarding my goals, progress , "how I am feeling" and making observations during my training sessions. He also explained the program he developed and the mechanics of the program and the exercises to ensure I understood how we were going to achieve success. The bottom line he knows what he's doing! He's good at what he does! and he makes it fun too!
This is one of the best designed gym in El Paso. It's very clean and there is tons of room. Priscilla is an excellent trainer and works around your schedule. She trains as slow or as quickly as needed. Definitely recommend this gym and trainer.
Elsa was my personal trainer before she moved to Maryland due to her husband's permanent chance of station in the military. She did an outstanding job of challenging and encouraging me. The results were tremendous. I lost almost 10% body fat and lowered my blood pressure. I would definitely recommend her.

Excellent personal trainer, he works with you to develop a plan for you and your needs, he pushes but does it in a way that you don't even realize it til you feel the sweat pouring off of you! Never had a trainer before, but I picked it right!!!
John has been my personal trainer (my very first one) for almost three years and I'm very happy with the results. I have lost weight and gained muscle. My body is toned and in much better shape than it used to be. John is always friendly, positive, encouraging as well as very knowledgeable. I always enjoyed the training and will continue my training with him. BTW, I used the carpet cleaning services and water sprinkler system services recommended by John, and was very satisfied with their services.
I've just been with Kindell as a personal trainer for a few weeks now. I'm getting motivated to exercise more. At first her "friendly reminders" of what exercises to do and how many were dreaded. I thought, "I can't do that!" I find that I can, and I have to push myself. I'm actually looking forward them. Even texting her and asking "What's on my agenda today?" I asked her the other day if I should walk or go to spin class. She said to do both. I had never thought about that, and I did both. Thank you, Kindell.
Awesome trainer he is attentive and motivated to help you in the first month I felt and looked better then I have in a long time, he helped me over come the pain my body had and got me healthier. Worth every soreness and tiredness i felt and he will push you to where YOU want to be.
