$30 per session; $40 a week; $100 a month. 1 hr long
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers, I tend to let them do the exercises on their own pace before moving to the next stage. I "baby step" every exercise and separate the muscle groups
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Certified with ISSA and also participated in the Sun City Regional as my first professional competition
