Michael Olivias has been helping me losing weight and getting in shape. He is an excellent motivational trainer and his work outs are hard and Working. I highly recommend him as a trainer.

Make no mistake, Michael is the real deal. He is incredibly knowledgeable, he has a wonderful personality, and will push you beyond your mind, body and soul. You will feel great after a work-out and know that you are working out muscles you never thought you had. I highly recommend Michael!

Training with Mike Olivas has truly been a blessing. I am asthmatic and never thought that my body could endure strenuous trainining. Mike has customized every aspect of my workout to meet my needs and accommodate my physical abilities. I am getting stronger and reaching my goals through his guidance. Mike is wise beyond his years and is a genuine caring person. I recommend him as a trainer to anyone at any fitness level!

It's been a great experience working out with Mike. I'm doing things that I never thought I could ever do. Mike is very motivational and has a lot of patience. After his workouts you feel like you have accomplished something good and you look forward to the next workout. I highly recommend Mikes workouts!!! Great job Mike!!!
