Dan is great. He cares about the whole body. He considers health, nutrition, and strength. He takes the time to listen to what you want and adds variety to workouts. He's a great person and an amazing trainer. I've had many trainers and I can hands down say he's the best!

As soon as I began working under the supervision of Cynthia and following her routine, I became energized and focused. As the week's went by, Cynthia identified certain key points due to my condition that I needed to work on. She is a fabulous trainer! Kevin is great. He has a passion for personal training and health. Cares deeply about his clients, and is dedicated to improving their fitness routines. He knows the right balance between encouragement and tough love. He knows exactly how hard to push, without pushing too far during a training session. Even thru any injuries he makes sure to constantly ask if your ok so that's a plus to know that he worries about your body. kevin is also flexible in scheduling workouts. He will accommodate to your schedule and will find the time to train you. Constantly varies the exercises for each session I never know what to expect, except that I'm going to work hard and feel lasting results. I was out of shape. I couldn't run a mile or walk up a flight of stairs without getting winded. I avoided the gym like the black plague. It was the last thing I wanted to do with my free time. Now I actually enjoy working out! I am a little stronger, little fitter, and have more energy. I can honestly say that ever since we began I feel better inside and confident. I still have a long way to go and thats fine because at the end of the day he makes sure that we are makinh progress to the goal that i gave him...It's all thanks to Kevin and his kick ass workouts.

I purchased a gym membership at planet fitness but cancelled it immediately after my first session with Ramon. Ramon is knowledgeable, patient and attentive to every person he is training. My husband and I were trained in a group with Ramon, but each had a personalized workout that catered to our specific needs. I cannot stress enough how valuable my training sessions were while working with this trainer. Ramon found ways to work around my work and school schedule and I know that is something most trainers don't do. It's obvious that training is something Ramon is passionate and I wish him the best with his business!

Laura has trained me over the course of many years. I find her incredibly knowledgeable and passionate not only as a trainer but also as a nutritional adviser. I had no idea how important nutrition is to attain your specific goals. Laura helped me achieve my goal of increasing muscle definition. She also introduced me to plyometrics which I greatly prefer over getting my cardio in on a treadmill. Mike Arrowood at Arrowood Strength Training is not your average personal trainer! He is the complete package: Education (degrees and many certifications), work-related experiences (world class athlete, EMT, clinical exercise specialist for a physical therapy practice), professional in operating his business and most of all wants all of his clients to see results and obtain their goals. Personally he has helped me reach my fitness and weight-loss goals and helped me overcome setbacks I experienced through his knowledge of the human anatomy, physiology and bio-mechanics; training protocols and nutrition. Mike made certain I didn't feel like "just a client" but was a part of my program. He did this through his personal interactions of asking questions, listening to the responses regarding my goals, progress , "how I am feeling" and making observations during my training sessions. He also explained the program he developed and the mechanics of the program and the exercises to ensure I understood how we were going to achieve success. The bottom line he knows what he's doing! He's good at what he does! and he makes it fun too!
