Network Support Services

I had new TV's and a whole house of questions. They were good at answering my questions & solving the issues that arose. I can recommend them even though they are not the cheapest. They did do more than we asked for without charging more, so although they are expensive, they waived some fees and I felt like I got a good value in the end.

Wiring Installation

Great service and great overall experience with managing my ethernet wiring through walls. There were some hiccups with scheduling, but they were very professional in compensating for it. Will use again for future services.

Network Support Services

I had issue with a wireless access point that was installed earlier. Guardian IT LLC came on scheduled time, did all the needed troubleshooting and fixed the issue. They were understanding, courteous and very professional. They don't overcharge......I would recommend for any IT service work at home or office.

    Our Pricing is affordable and flexible, we work with the client to help meet their budget needs.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We attempt to verify the issue before pickup or going onsite to see if we need parts, once an assessment has been completed an invoice will be sent so we can begin work asap. Work normally takes 1 to 2 days.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    All Techs have years of hands-on experience plus industry-leading Certifications.
