Miguel from Perez Techies was a Godsend when our hard drive fried during rolling power outages. When the Big Freeze was over in Feb 2021, he responded immediately and went out of his way to accommodate our needs. He cares more about his customer’s happiness than how much he charges. Mr. Perez installed my new Ring Doorbell system. He helped with each step of the setup and helped me trouble shoot a small problem on the app. He brought all the proper tools and supplies and was quick and efficient. His prices are reasonable and there are no hidden costs. I would definitely recommend and use his services in the future.

My laser printer stopped working and kept restarting over and over again. After trying to troubleshoot it myself, I gave up and decided to try Perez Techies. Mr. Perez came to the house and tried different fixes. He asked to take the printer to his shop so that he could spend more time troubleshooting and letting me get back to work. He promptly found the issue and called back the next day to let me know he had to order a replacement part. As soon as the part arrived, he installed it and brought back the printer. It now works like new.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our prices are precise with no hidden fees. Our normal labor fees per hour is $60. If we schedule a full day (8hrs), we discount our labor fee to $50 per hour. The clock starts when we arrive to the site and it stops when the job is completed and customer is happy with the results. The hourly fee is used for services of Troubleshooting and repairing computers or networks. We install network cabling on a Per Line fee. We also install surveillance systems on a flat fee according to how many cameras we are installing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Although its me, Miguel, the one that customers talk to, I usually show up with my wife or oldest kids. We are a family business and I teach them everything that i know. I do not charge extra for having someone else with me. With new customer, we like to tell you more about what we do since we provide more services that i was hired for. We love having repeat customers, so we make sure that you are happy with our services
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?March 2007, I, Miguel, Joined the United States Army as a (25U) Signal Support Systems Specialist, since then, i have been working on computers, radios, printers, servers, security cameras, and smart home automations. While serving this awesome nation, i went to college and got a degree in information technology. I have not shifted to another career since.
