- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We guarantee our pricing to be the best overall value in the market. If customers think they have a better deal from someone else, they merely have to provide us the written estimate and we will match or beat it. Why a written estimate to match or beat pricing? In this business, the quality of the work is directly driven by the training, process and materials used. There are plenty of competitors in the market that aren't professionally trained, they use cheap materials, improper tools and simply don't put forth the level of results we do. Lastly, we consult our clients at no additional charge and offer great bundled discounts when combining services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost we work to be as responsive and accommodating as we can. We work to identify their need, recommend appropriate solutions based on needs and budget, then we schedule the work. Once work is done, we verify complete satisfaction, clean up or work area and leave with a 24 hour follow up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our team hold Master Installer Certifications with Championship and continue to improve our skills and experience every chance we get. We have invested in the best training, the best tools, best equipment and we are properly insured. Not only that, but we are methodic in our process and use only quality materials. We have over fifteen years in the industry covering all aspects of the business and services. We are former owners of 2 premier pool rooms with over 32 tables (one rated top 10 in the nation at one point). We love this profession, we love this industry and seek daily to be the best that we can.
