Our first contact with Aisea was great. He came out same day, assessed our backyard for a concrete patio, and gave us a great quote that was in our budget and even gave us $300 off if we signed the proposal contract same day. His team was able to come out the very next morning (and they arrived bright and early, which we appreciated) and got to work right away. The first hiccup was i got a cashiers check written out to Prestige Concrete for the first half of the job. Aisea said they couldn’t accept the cashiers check because they aren’t called Prestige Concrete so my boyfriend had to write him a check and then we ended up paying cash for the last half of the job upon completion. Not really a huge deal but it was a pain to go to the bank to void the cashier check. We are very happy with the quality of the concrete and I our communication with Aisea has been awesome. The reason I’m giving 3 stars is due to the mess left over after the job was done. There are concrete splatters all over the side of our house, all over our AC unit, and all over the windows. I absolutely understand concrete will splatter, but I was shocked that the team did nothing to clean it up. We have a pile of broken cinderblocks in our yard that we are in the middle of knocking down a cinderblock wall, and the team dumped extra leftover concrete on top of the cinderblock pile, which is going to be a headache to pick up and clean up. They did have someone come out two days later after the concrete had dried to remove the plywood frame but after they were gone we realized they left a few pieces of wood we will have to remove ourselves. Overall, we enjoyed our work with Aisea and his team but I cannot get over the concrete splatters all over our backyard, house, windows, and AC unit.
