REVIEW HARRY STEIN Maxine J. Bersch-Lovern Since I am a storyteller, I will begin this review with a little story from Reader’s Digest many years ago! When television first came out, the repairman had to go to the home and do the work on the set. The owner received a bill and it was for $25.00. He demanded an itemized bill, for he said, “I watched the repairman and all he did was replace a little screw and you are charging me twenty-five dollars!” He received the itemized bill and it read thus: Replacement of screw…$.25 and Knowing which screw to replace…$24.75 Total due $25.00 I thought of that the other day when I was telling Mr. Stein of one of the problems and he went in, found the reason and fixed it while I was on the phone with him! When Microsoft withdrew support from XP and Vista that was a blow to me because I am a writer and I used the Word processing on both of them. After that, I purchased this laptop and I have had nothing but problems from A to Z. To make it even worse, I was in the middle of the book that I had started writing at the first of 2015. It is not a large book and I should have finished it in six months. It is now a year and a half later and it is just now ready to distribute. When I submitted the document in mid-January, 2016, it was rejected by the publisher due to the fact that it was full of symbols! All of my Face book and email friends have heard nothing but grief from me. The technicians tried unsuccessfully. One of them worked two weeks on the document and could not fix the problem. Microsoft, after I spent the hours that were required to get connected, gave me a “corrected document.” That, when uploaded, was filled with the symbols. I was absolutely in despair. Then my son found Mr. Harry Stein. It is such a relief to sit down, click on Word, go in and start writing! Here are the results of the effort! A few days ago, I could not have done this! At least four or five time in these few paragraphs it would have disappeared and I would have had to rewrite it! While I was writing it would have changed my font from Calibri to Times Roman, or whatever; then it would have been necessary to go on every line and get it back to default size. There is no way I could possibly describe all of the technical problems that I experienced to get a book ready to publish! During the process I had a heart attack. I was hospitalized three weeks and I am still recuperating. Without any reservations I heartily recommend the work of Mr. Stein, a computer expert. His unusual skills are used without stint. His expertise he is ready to share to build the customer’s skills. Although I will probably not need to call him again soon, he will likely call me to see how the computer is behaving. You might call him an efficiency expert as well.
James was thorough with two tax documents that I had to submit to IRS. He is cordial and hard working. Wish there were more people like him preparing taxes. I highly recommend his services.

Deborah is amazing! Organization comes natural for her. She helped me with my pantry. she separated everything into categories. There was a spot for each item. She toke all the things out that weren't food related, so I could get rid of or find a new home. Then she tackled my office that had papers stacked in boxes for years She separated the papers into stacks. she could tell by looking at it if it was kid related, bills, receipts, coupons, insurance, ect. That way I could go through and shred or file. I would of never been able to do it without her. She is also very reliable. Shows up exactly when she says she will. Always answers calls and txt ASAP. Deborah will be back in my home to help me organize my kitchen as soon as it's done with the remodel.

Amanda was hired as a part-time temporary staff member to assist the Administrative Assistant in maintaining HOA records, creating various documents for Board of Directors, Committees and General Manager.
