- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My per visit charge includes pet sitter insurance, giving medications at no extra charge and no extra charge for holiday visits.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My goal is to learn all that I can about your normal routine so that your pet is not so confused while you are away, any medical issues your pet may or may not have, and any favorite things your pet may like or dislike. I also like to find out exactly what is expected of my services so that we have no unexpected issues arise. Communication is paramount!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I stay up and current on nutrition and vaccinations for our pets. Our pets have no voice so we have to be that voice for them. There are so many untruths on the internet about every subject but nutrition is the one that is top of the list for me. Nutrition affects our pets lives in every way - why wouldn't we want to give our pets the very best that will affect their longevity. I have accumulated a lot of hands on experience over many years.
