Introduction: I have been in the roofing and construction business for more than 8 years, and take pride in doing projects right the first time around. My goal is to build solid relationships with all of my clients to help make the construction process go as smoothly as possible. Only allowed me to select three, but value and punctuality can be added as well. Stephen M. was there to explain the needs and discussed what they would do. Everything was handled in the one week from initial visit to provide estimate and doing the work. The work was so well done that you can not tell where the original gutter was and the new portions that finished it around the rest of the house. I will recommend as it was really one of the most painless processes in a good while.

I have had three different properties and the roofs on these properties replaced by SEI Roofing with Mr. Stephen Mercantel as the General. I have had to replace my roof 2 times in the last 8 years due to major hail storms and both of those new roofs were done by Stephen Marcantel. Steve is awesome to work with. He is my go to guy. I have recommended him to multiple friends and family and he has taken great care of all of them. As long as Steve is in the business I will always use him. FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We follow indrustry standard pricing unless homeowner is paying cash or check then we can provide discounts. However, if it comes down to an Insurance claim we must collect Deductibles per Law HB2102. If claim is involved do provide customers with valuable upgrades at no additional cost. We also bring homes up to code from a roof stand point.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I need to know their needs and what they would like to do on the project. I will provide solutions and recommendations on getting it done properly and to code.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of the training is in the field, with manufacturer and build specs. With 20 plus years working in the field you learn the right way to do things to keep. We have a talented group and we figure out the problems quickly and resolve issues in a timely manner.
