Kelly and her staff are very friendly. I've tried their Barre, Zumba and yoga classes. It's been an amazing experience. I love working out in the morning in this class and be done with it for the rest of day. They do fantastic job with correcting your poses and giving you tips. I do recommend this class to anyone.
Kirsten conducted Yoga classes for the kids on our street during the summer. She made the classes so much fun, that the kids loved Yoga and looked forward to her classes. She also taught the adults and we loved it. She is always on time, cheerful, knows what she is doing and answers question patiently. We r looking forward to another summer of Yoga.

I like how she tailored the session to my experience level so I didn’t feel dumb by falling every 5 seconds. She made it beginner level while keeping the intensity up. I was actually sore the next day. Lol she also used poses that not every single class has, which was nice.

Stephanie is an amazing instructor. For not having any yoga experience private lessons were a must for me. She carefully led me through different poses and taught me correct form and technique throughout the whole class.
