I have been training with Randy for almost one year. He listened to what I was trying to achieve and then provided me a nutrition plan and weekly workouts that has helped me reaching my goals. He is a great motivator and has provided constant encouragement. He expects a lot from each workout, but that is what has helped me keep on track. He does not use "The Drill Sargent" attitude that many other trainers that I interviewed with use. I have been really pleased with my results and still have a way to go but know that I will get there if I keep using Randy and his program. His pricing is reasonable and fair and I appreciate the fact that he works around my travel schedule when needed. If you are looking for that one person to help you with your fitness goals, then stop looking and give Randy a chance. Looking forward to my second year with him.
I've never had a personal trainer before so I wasn't sure what to expect. From the get go, Tad was super easy to get along with. He definitely makes you work hard but will listen to you and your body i.e. keeps your joints happy while toning muscle. For me, my abs are a trouble spot but he's taught me how to engage them in and out of the gym. The workouts are always a little different and always keep me in engaged. And I appreciate how he explains the exercises and really takes the time to make you understand how to do it and why you are doing it. Tad is also really invested in his clients. He's always checking in, seeing how I'm feeling after workouts, giving me suggestions on nutrition, and holds me accountsble, etc. He's fully devoted to you and your goals! Deepika M.
I really enjoy my workouts with Marlon. I cannot think of a time that I haven't left a session feeling better than when I arrived (even early morning sessions when it is still dark out when we are done). Marlon is very personable and takes the time to remember each client - whether it is a physical limitation or a detail in their personal life. Marlon's positive and upbeat attitude is infectious and will be sure to help you get through those tough workouts. I have noticed a significant difference in my strength level after lifting with him, as opposed to my previous workout regimen that was mostly cardio. Also, The music in the gym is a plus, no club/dance mix songs that are in every other gym I have visited.

David was the first person to notice a problem in my right hip and leg, brought on by a bad injury I had as a child. I had "babied" the right side of my body for years, ever since the injury when I was 12, which led over time to severe back spasms in my late 30s. David had me meet with a physical therapist to confirm my right leg was sufficiently longer than the left, leading to the constant "off-balance" in my walking. That was the cause of my back pain, and the reason why I wasn't performing my exercises properly. David worked with me to "retrain" my hip and leg to perform exercises properly, which stopped the back spasms. I've not had back spasms since David worked with me to fix the issue. He is incredibly observant about the little details that make the difference between just getting some exercise, vs. getting quality exercise and weight training that makes a significant difference in your quality of life. David is also a pleasure to work with, and knows how to cleverly coach you into accomplishing more than you thought you were capable!
I have had so many different trainers in my lifetime and I was on the LSU swim team for four years working with professional coaches daily. Vedo is by far my favorite trainer to work with. He knows how to push my body in a safe but challenging way to get me the results I want and now have. You can tell he truly has a passion for fitness and loves to share that with all of his clients. Since he owns and operates his own gym, there are some many perks having him as my trainer. I get unlimited access to all of his high energy cardio classes and strength classes FOR FREE, allowing me to hit my goals twice as fast and for half the price! His facility is super clean and filled with top of the line equipment. His heart rate monitoring system is top of the line technology and shows me how many calories I am burning during the workout and how hard I am actually pushing myself. He offered my one free session back in the day and took him up on it. 1 year later I am in the best shape of my life, even after having three kids.
I've been training with Mark for over a year now. A weak back brought me to his boot camp, becoming stronger I then switched to one on one training in a gym.
