J&D cleaning did a great job deep cleaning my house. They paid very close attention to detail and made sure every little thing got a proper cleaning. I plan to use them again for biweekly cleanings because they are better than any other deep cleaning I’ve had in the past.

This handyman service was chosen to tear down and install one 60’ section of a vertical slat fence. Our experience with this handyman service was a disappointment. He started by severing our neighbor’s underground cable line. Everything seemed to go downhill from there. He did not carefully choose the lumber from the supplier so many of the pickets were unsuitable. Additionally, he did not order enough pickets, so I had to go back for more. A two day job took over three days because they had to correct sloppy work; PLUS, after arriving they said they could finish it in one day! There was also no on-site clean up after each day’s work, and we also found pieces of wood left on or neighbor’s side after the job was completed. I had to pay for all supplies and material up front. Requests were made for the remaining labor before the job was finished. There was more but I’ve probably said enough. I truly liked the couple who did the work. They were very nice people. But skill, and perhaps experience was lacking. I might use them again for minor jobs or cleaning, but never again for fencing.

It would had been appreciated had you told us the day we left so that we could had fixed the issues I'm going to admit from the first day when you requested the material list you kept saying that I sent you the wrong list and it was out of a different state turn out what I sent u was correct from the location on 35 N . then we got there to pick up the material and lowes had the order completely wrong thats when things started going down hill. we also discounted you took off taxes because you kept saying it amount was wrong then you came back apologizing you never read the estimate or invoice correctly you seriously made me look as if I was trying to take extra mo ry from you when all you had to do from the beginning was READ. WE ARE TRULY SORRYFOR YOU NOT BEING SATISFIED WITH THE JOB AS WE HAVE NEVER HAD A COMPLAINT ABOUT FENCING UNTIL NOW IF YOU WOULD LIKE WE QOULD BE HAPPY TO FIX ANYTHING YOU WERENT HAPPY WITH . YOU KNOW OUR NUMBER SO YOUR WELCOME TO GIVE US A CALL ANYTIME TO DIACUSS ANYTHING ELSE . HAVE A BLESSED DST DAY
