The HVAC Tech (Thomas) was outstanding, performed routine maintenance, informed me of potential issues in the future. He didn’t try to up sell or persuade me for any repairs, simply gave me the facts and ultimately let me (the homeowner) decide. This was a real nice switch from some of the other HVAC companies we have used. CW will be my go to service provider for our HVAC from now on

Thomas gave me several options and took the time to explain the pros and cons of each for an AC problem. I have used CW for years for plumbing work and this is the first time for an AC repair. I like having a trusted vendor I can use for multiple systems in my house.

We hired CW service pros to connect two pieces of air duct together. We asked them to use a coupling and connect. It was a simple job and should not have taken much time. Tech spent 3+ hrs trying to use coupling and kept on tearing the duct repeatedly, then started cutting the coupling so that he could insert it easily. It failed, too, coupling he had was the easiest one to use. After 3+ hrs, he tried another coupling. Still, he couldn't get it right. Finally, he used many zip ties and a lot of duct tapes over the insulation to keep two pieces together. It can not be repaired anymore. We have to replace the entire duct.

I would rather not say anything negative about a business, so the service person was very professional. They only charged me a $49 service call- the kicker was the $800 quote to unclog my AC line. Well- that is a little exuberant- he said both lines were clogged and they charge over $300+ an hour. Had I known the hourly rate was so high- I would not have had them come out. So I called my brother and told him what the guy said- he came over and looked under my sink and there was water in the line- he took the clamp off and the water filled the bucket twice. He cleaned the little pipe and put it back in place (30 minutes). I called an AC guy for a tune up- $79 and he blew out the line (5 minutes) . For the last 2 weeks- no dripping, no leaking, no $800!
