Water Feature Repair and Maintenance

The crew of 3 arrived right on time and quickly determined that the job was going to be bigger than we initially thought-they showed us the problem, explained what was going on and how they would fix it. The feature had obviously not been installed very well-the Sublime crew basically had to redo it. Even though they had been scheduled for a short visit they stayed the 3 hours it took to complete the project. The water feature now looks better than it did when it was new, AND they fixed it so we can better monitor the water level. We will absolutely use them in the future!

Water Feature Repair and Maintenance

Five star experience from start to finish. First contact was with Sharri who was very attentive and very knowledgeable. She worked with me to pre-diagnosis and estimate the project for my specific water feature issue. This initial estimate was quickly provided and extremely fairly priced. Ryan and Tom , my technicians came out and were very knowledgeable , professional and attentive as well. There was no upselling or price gauging on the materials unlike what I experienced from another local servicer. I was provided with detailed documentation explaining the issues and how to handle future issues myself. Excellent customer service , follow up , and clean up. It was a pleasure working with Sharri ,Tom and Ryan !! I would highly recommend them and would not use another. Five Star Experience with Five Star Results !

Water Feature Repair and Maintenance

I was looking for a water feature that would be low maintenance but sound and look good. I had no idea what a bubbling rock was before Devin helped me decide that was the route to go. I would highly recommend Sublime Water Gardens - I LOVE my water feature!

Devin Lauderdale was hired to come in and salvage a waterfall that had been poorly installed last year. His pros did an excellent job! We are so very pleased! It's beautiful!! Crew was punctual, courteous, and most of all very professional! We highly recommend this contractor!!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We have standard hourly pricing & mobilization charges. We offer ballpark prices for those that are throwing around the idea of a water feature but have no idea what to expect. Send us your ideas, we are happy to help! Otherwise, annual pond cleanouts & maintenance packages have standard pricing based off the water feature's dimensions/gallons.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    NEW INSTALLATIONS/REMODELS: Because of the countless water feature styles/designs, we ask that customers have a couple of photos that serve as your inspiration. Also, please provide us with photos of designated area & contact information so that we may provide a ballpark price for your custom project. If the price is right, we schedule an onsite consult with our design guru to nail down actual specs, project designs, concerns, etc. Soon after, a detailed bid w/ equipment options based on budget, wants & needs, hence the need for the initial ballpark price range. LEAK DETECTIONS & REPAIRS: In addition to sending current water feature photos, we first ask that you perform a leak detection test prior to an on-site visit. This will allow us to narrow down the location of the leak by a process of elimination! This helps save US time & YOU money! MAINTENANCE PACKAGES: We offer multiple maintenance pkgs: monthly, every other month, quarterly & custom, otherwise we are also able to quote a 1 time cleanout or 1x maintenance service. Prices are based on your feature's dimensions (LxWxD). Again, we ask that you send us recent water feature photos & inform us of any current complaints or concerns, we will then create you an itemized, detailed estimate to compare service frequency options & prices. Contact us for a detailed description of what we do during our maintenance services & full clean-outs.
