When I originally called you about our service and ask you what you thought you said that the service was great and you were very pleased. Then when I informed you that the service provider had misplaced it checked when you're home and my office and asked you would you issue a new check you agreed and told me to have him come back but when he called you you told him that you refused to issue a new check and that we had already been paid at that point I'll call back and explain to you that the check cannot be cashed by anyone else because it has the word incorporation which can only be deposited in the account it was written out to and I also told you to go ahead and put a stop payment if you are not comfortable with that and I would pay the stop payment fee and again you refuse to make the payment at that point I informed you that I would take the necessary legal actions to obtain the payment because there was still an open invoice so the bottom line is the reason you're upset the reason you're giving us a bad review is because you decided that you would try to use the situation of a lost check as a reason not to pay for your service. And I also informed you that the check could not be deposited because it was a corporate check or cash should I say and I also told you to stop payment if you didn't feel comfortable and you agreed but when we hung up you changed your mind
