Introduction: We are an industrial and commercial contracting janitorial company based in the Fort Worth area in Texas; we also do business in Arkansas. We provide janitorial services along with stripping and waxing of tile floors and carpet extraction. I will travel to the customer, look at the site, do measuring, if and needed, then write up a proposal for our services. We seek yearly contracts with our customers. We pride ourselves in setting ourselves apart from the competition with our customer service and our slavish devotion to the client and our employees. I have five years of managerial experience in this industry, and when combined with my partner in this business, we both have 35 years of experience. We have been blessed to retain customers up to 20 to 30 years in the past. When we sign a new customer, we go above and beyond for that customer to keep them happy, so we may retain them for long term.
