My Dell XPS27 hung up during a Windows update. ML Geek services diagnosed the problem, got Windows 8.1 running again and preserved the files that were on the computer before Windows 8.1 got corrupted. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typical process would be to interpret customer's issues into technical problems and then provide as estimate. The best way to get an accurate assessment is to let us look at the computer thoroughly first. In some cases like some hardware replacements, like LCD screens, hinges, etc, we can provide a quote over the phone. This may change if another hardware part is also broken on the inside which the customer may not be able to see right away.
- What types of customers have you worked with?Laptop screen replacement, motherboard components, fan replacement, Virus/malware removal, data backup and recovery, same day laptop screen replacement, dc jack repair,IT management services, network installation and repairs, web design and development, e commerce web design, PHP, JAVA, CSS.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?Provide as many details as possible. If you are experiencing problems write down what error messages you are getting, error codes, any beeps, how many beeps, etc. Taking a picture of the problem will also help us a lot.
