- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We usually start with $50 per hour with a 1 hour minimum for the first service call. Then if any ongoing support and maintenance is needed, we will be happy to provide pricing based on the customer's needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
#1 Start with defining and understanding the problem the customer is having. #2 Outline & review possible solutions with the customer. #3 Solve the problem as requested by the customer. #4 Review with customer all work performed and train customer on any new procedures or usage of equipment/software.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 42 years experience working with computer hardware and software. My company was an IBM Business Partner for 15 years and I couldn't even begin list the number of courses I have taken in all phases of Computer Technology. My son who works with me has 6 years experience.
