- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Displayed pricing is always averaged, or estimated based on common job requirements. Feel free to talk with me and we can always adjust pricing based on what you need!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will talk about the job requirements and adjust the price from there. Once I assess what is needed and if I can complete the job, we can work remotely or find a time and place to meet. Payment comes after diagnosis, with full refund if I cannot complete the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently enrolled in college for Computer Science and Engineering, and I have tinkered with computers and electronics since I was just a bit older than 12. I upgraded my first desktop computer not long after, and I built my first computer from scratch before I graduated high school. I have since also worked with laptops and other electronics, including plenty of software.
