Very professional and honest. They came and checked out the area where the television was to be mounted prior to install. After that assessment the television was installed safely. When the job was completed, the are was cleaned. I would recommend Temp Techs to everyone.

Very professional people. The only thing I wish is that my wires were completely hidden in the wall instead of down the side of the fireplace in a wire hider. I could have communicated that better, and after the fact wish I had done so. Other than that they were on time, cleaned up afterwards, and we're very nice and professional. Thank you!

There were some hiccups in the beginning that Ed worked to resolve but, after that, the work he and his son did was excellent. Ed took the time to explain how everything worked, what I needed to watch out for and he answered all my questions. They were clean and conscious of my apartment and I appreciate that. I WILL be recommending them.

Did a good job, left after doing a thorough cleaning of area. Did not hook up the verizon cable in attic as I was led by his ad to think would happen. overall 4 stars

Well, nothing in my Profile or my Quote suggests that we will do Verizons Job. Most Customers dont understand when they are moving into a New Residence; its better to hang the TV 1st before the Cable Company comes out. This will prevent the Cable Installer from placing the Set Top Box anywhere in the home. Placing it exactly where the Customer wants & needs it. Understand, the Cable Installer must Run Updates & Program the Set Top Box & Remotes with the TV plugged up & connected to the Box. Therefore, the TV should already be in place exactly where the Customer wants it before the Cable Company arrives. This was the opposite for Terry, the Cable Company came 1st & told him that they needed to connect the TV. Terry had them connect it in his Bedroom & had us move the TV & the Box to the Office where he wanted it Mounted on the Wall. There was not a Coaxial Connection in that Room for the Set Top Box. I explained to him; he needs to call the Cable Company & have them come out to install a Connection for his Set top Box in the Office, also stating that he should have had the TV Mounted 1st. This will prevent the need to have the Cable Company to return. I never said anything about going into the Attic to connect or run cables. That is out of the Work Scope of Mounting a TV on the Wall.

Installed 55 inch tv mount and tv over chimney. Sent picture to confirm job is within scope, wires can be hidden in wall and confirm the price. Installer confirmed price once I provided the tv mount. Price was reasonable and it was definitely worth it (for the installation). My only caveat I didn't anticipate was the add-on items. Based on the picture it would have been "nice" if installer had mentioned I would possibly need an extension cable, and extra wall cover that's not included in price. Luckily I had a longer HMDI cable or I would have definitely regretted it. But i'm guessing that is all part of the "business" to provide these items at a high markup. Overall, clean finish and just what I wanted.

I’m very glad we were able to give the Customer just what he wanted! We strive to do this for every Customer, giving them 5 Star Service! However, we can’t predict the future, we’re not fortune tellers. Therefore we can’t tell a Customer in Advance that they will need Longer Cables. Every Install although Basic, is different. The Customer may already have Longer HDMI Cables or Extension Cords. We will not know of these details until after the Job has started. We carry these items with us & include the Prices in our Initial Estimate. Yes, Estimate, not Quote! We give Estimates knowing the Price may change for some reason after we get started. The Wall Cover is used when the Customer wants us to Hide the Wires in the Wall. The Price of the Wall Cover is also given in our Initial Estimate. Therefore, there were no hidden fees! As the Extras were mentioned in our Initial Estimate! Our Prices aren’t Marked Up! You will not find the items we sell cheaper at Best Buy, Walmart, Target, or Lowes! 5 Star Service Delivered!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Through the Week, We are a Team of 2 in 1 Truck. We may have multiple jobs scheduled for the Day & sometimes we may be delayed for different reasons. Such as, Traffic Jams, (We drive all over Texas) we need gas, food, or the Previous Job is taking longer than expected. This is the reason the Telephone, Cable, Internet, or Electric Company gives you a Window when the Tech will show up. So that youre not expecting him to arrive precisely on the hour but give him a Window during the Day to Show Up. We need the same courtesy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's of Science in Avionics Electronics Technology from the Community College of the Air Force. With Microsoft Certified Professional, DELL, AST Computer, & A+ Certifications. Plus my Training from the U.S. Air Force.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked with Computers while in the U.S. Air Force and decided to go into I.T. after leaving the Air Force. Then I decided to start and run my own Business. One of my Customers needed PC Monitors Repaired, I noticed Repairing TV's was the same as Monitors. Then I realized most of my Customers want their TV Mounted on the Wall, so we started doing that too.
