Joe is an excellent trainer. loves dogs and is very gentle mannered, and attentive of our wants and needs. he was able to walk us through all the training we needed to do in just 4 visits with our new puppy. Maggie is now easy to walk on a leash, lets me enter the house before barreling in, does not constantly nip at my daughters, she's potty trained, sits, and is currently learning to stay and come. i was very impressed with how quickly Joe was able to implement these commands & behaviors. he was incredibly responsive, always punctual, and really helped us get the jump start we needed. he's definitely got a little dog whisperer in him. another thing i appreciated was his willingness to help us outside of our training sessions and even after our sessions were complete. a truly great experience.

Brett from Always Faithful Dog Training did a great job with our 6 month old puppy Charles! He is now our best behaved on a leash compared to the other two that have yet to go through training themselves and our home has been “accident” free since Charles spent the two weeks with Brett. Our trainer went above and beyond with regular text updates to ease my personal anxiety about our pup going ‘away’ for boarding school. He’s a much more confident dog now and while there’s still plenty of puppy behavior we’re working on; our primary concerns of potty and leash training we’re resolved. Charles even learned how to use a bell to let us know when he needed to go outside. Definitely a worthy investment for us. Brett and the entire team are great. Super responsive and tremendous value!

I highly recommend Joe for your dog training needs! He’s absolutely awesome. You can tell he loves animals and they respect him too! Our new rescue Penny is a different young dog after just a few training days with Joe. Joe is punctual, always available, and sends you a recap of what you and your doggie learned during your training. Joe was also very kind to integrate training tips for our other doggie Forest! Thank you Joe!

My wife and I have a two-year old Rottweiler, named Justice. He’s a wonderful dog. At 120 pounds, his excitement can barrel a person over. He walked on a leash okay, but I really needed him to stay closer and pay attention. Finally, when he had the chance, he’d sneak out the front or garage door to explore the nearby neighborhood. We watched countless videos on various platforms. We read at least seven books. I bought a no longer produced DVD as well. No matter what we did, we couldn’t find the answer. Add to that every trainer has their method for teaching a dog. We realized that it didn’t matter the method they used as long as it wasn’t going to hurt the dog and objectives were made. Since our Rottie had many of the fundamentals needed for acceptable behavior, Joe recommended we try four training sessions. I thought that was great since I was ready to pay for ten. In the end, Joe showed us how to recall our dog outside. It was instrumental in the Rottie not running off. Justice is usually with me, the husband. He follows me everywhere and goes in the car every chance he gets. Joe made sure that training focused on the dog listening to and behaving towards my wife. I really appreciated that. She did too. We had five major objectives for the dog training; - Reduce dog excitement when people visited - Walk at our side - Walk without a leash - Stay command at incrementally farther distances - Come command, regardless the distance We feel that Joe gave us the training and fundamentals we needed. I sometimes forget that Justice is not a person. He’s a dog. He needs structure. Joe showed us with simple things like ensuring we exit or enter a door first. The dog sits and stays until invited. I’d strongly recommend Joe especially if you are struggling. We could read books and watch a near infinite number of videos, but unless you have a professional to give you thought leadership, you’re stuck in a rut. Joe helped us out of that rut. Thanks Joe! Unexpectedly, we needed a professional trainer to introduce our dog(German Shepard) to a dog that we were going to adopt(American Bully). We reached out to Joe Saturday evening with a last minute training request for the following day, Sunday. Joe responded immediately to let us know that he was unable to accommodate us as he had previously scheduled plans but offered to connect us with his employee/colleague, Brett. (Note: Although Joe couldn’t make it, he texted helpful instructions just in case we decided to introduce the dogs without a trainer-this was very thoughtful). Thankfully, his colleague, Brett, was able to assist us on such short notice and was truly a dog whisperer. He was kind, knowledgeable, and most importantly, we felt safe and confident. Brett successfully worked with us to introduce the two dogs efficiently. The pricing was fair and reasonable-we appreciated that. He didn’t up charge for being with us on a Sunday. We all know that 2 large powerful dogs, that even with our best intentions, can turn out for the worse but with Brett’s guidance, this process was seamless and more importantly, safe. The next day, both Brett and Joe checked-in with my family to see how the dogs were doing-truly a 5 star service. I highly recommend the team at Always Faithful. Thank you Joe & Brett

I give military, police and fire department discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first lesson includes an assessment and typically takes about 1 hour which includes the first lesson. The remaining lessons depend on how the dog responds to each lesson.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been certified by the owner of the company and we receive annual refresher training at a conference with all the Franchise owners.
