- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are broken down a little more than other fence companies in the area. We know you want to see exactly what you are paying for so it’s broken down very simple. For metal post replacements we charge $80, for standard gates we charge $75, 6’ pressure treated pine is $12/ft, and cedar is $15/ft. We are always up front with our prices, so before even making contact with us, you can have an idea of what you’re looking at spending.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At KTR Fences, getting an estimate is easier than ever. Most of the time with an address we can look you up and measure your fence with satellite images. We will take time to figure out what you’re wanting and what type of fence best fits your needs.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with a lot of property management companies and realtors in the area. We treat the homeowner no differently, so you get the same discounted rate they get.
