- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I normally start with an evaluation session. That allows me to see where the customer stands physically and mentally, before writing their workouts. After we use the first three workouts to help the customer get acclimated to working out, and then the journey begins.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been an athlete my entire life, so working out has always been a part of my daily routine. I started by training my teammates, and as I continued to learn through research I decided to get a license and work as a personal trainer.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Regularly I train college athletes and other people who are simply looking to improve their lifestyle. Whether it be by losing weight or gaining muscles. I have also had the opportunity to train professional soccer and basketball athletes. As well as officers of the politice and military force.
