He established the company in 1991 as the sole employee. With client referrals, Thom's rapidly grew to a full-service staff that can perform all aspects of remodeling. Thom's does all the possible work in-house to eliminate the need for sub-contractors, which in turn reduces the cost to the client. When necessary, Thom's has a select network of sub-contractors in specialty fields to offer the highest quality of service to the client. The majority of the workers you will encounter while your project is in progress are hourly employees and not sub-contractors. On all projects, there will be a project supervisor on the job site during the project's major phases. The project supervisor will be there for your concerns and questions and to coordinate other employees and sub-contractors, if necessary.
