If you are looking for a version of what you are asking for and not on a time line, you will be fine. We provided the clean cut picture on the right. Many times said we want the center Princess cut stone to be the focal point. We want it just like the picture provided. Cant even tell if center stone is princess or round. We were told she could do it. This was supposed to be my wedding ring. We got ring on left. Not at all the ring I asked for and loved so much. She did however, knock off the last $200 for shipping. Also, due to happenings on her end, we were not updated as promised. Just our experience.Sep 19, 2018VerifiedPatricia R.'s reply
Original design is a two band ring, changed into a single band design. I was given permission to move forward with the design in both the Wax and the Silver version before casting in Gold and setting the stones.
I provided her a photo of how I envisioned my pendant to look like and she made it possible. I’m really happy with the result. Just love it!Jan 26, 2018VerifiedPatricia R.'s reply

Payment methods accepted
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I use the cost of Materials plus Labor for my formula. When estimating the costs, I require a Deposit to cover Materials and a portion of the Labor. If there are Materials costs over the Deposit, I require an additional payment to cover those costs during the creation of the piece. It is important to remember that any change to the design will result in additional Labor Charges and the end price may be higher than the original quoted price. Full payment is always required prior to shipping.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Through discussion, discovering what they want and if they have a clear idea of the cost of the materials they request. For example, if someone asks for "Gold" they should be familiar with the current price of Gold and know if they are asking for Gold Plated or solid Gold. My Customers and Potential Customers are welcome to text or email me at any time. It is important for them to know that Metalsmithing is an intensive process that requires uninterrupted Studio Time to accomplish an outstanding piece of jewelry. There are times when I am available to respond quickly and others that it may take several hours to respond due to the tasks being done. My normal Studio hours are 9am to 7pm and I reserve the time from 5pm on Saturday to 9am on Monday to dedicate to my Family. Any correspondence received during out of studio times will be addressed on my next business day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?In additional for formal training, I work for an average of 10 hours each day. Not all the work that goes into the design and creation of custom jewlery is physical in order to clearly identify the exact materials and order of execution for each piece. The "latest developments" are not always Artistic. New technology has made an entire generation of "jewelers" who know nothing about making or repairing jewelry and what will or will not work. Be careful.
