Extremely unprofessional. They weren’t clear about what materials were needed. While I left to go purchase the new list, he decided to leave and come back the next day. Upon returning I discovered he ran over my keypad to the gate and kicked over my cactus and refused to admit fault. He was overly aggressive/obsessive with phone calls and text messages. Called and texted me several times within minutes bc I was on the other line and didn’t immediately respond. Seriously gave off crazy ex type of behavior and I didn’t feel safe having him on my property. Definitely told him not to come back.
