I loved Lynnette’s classes. I was able to learn the fundamentals to yoga. She helped me experience a mind, body and spirit connection that I had not experienced with previous instructors. I really love her passion and knowledge! She always made sure I felt comfortable with moves and showed me how much further I could take each pose.

Hands down an amazing instructor and class. I would recommend to any and everyone who has never done yoga or just taken time for them self to clear their mind and energy. It’s such a good feeling of relief and freeness. I definitely helped with my back tightness, will definitely be looking out for the next available classes near me!

Supportive and educational in the whole process of setting up an event (class).
