mr ramirez dose fine work and help me pick the colors for my project sometime it hard to make your mind up his experience is a pius ciean and on time but there is one problem he is always three to five days out before get to your project what i like best is that he walk you thought project step by step and that great for some that dose not know

Stop cheating customers. Once agreed work and price, complete the work as agreed, not just run away leaving unfinished work and partly completed job after getting money. FUTURE CUSTOMERS: Beware, the guy may not finish your work and you may end up getting it done from other customers paying double. At-least DO NOT GIVE ANY PAYMENT UNTIL 100% work is finished. He is not Trustworthy. In my project, Juan agreed to complete wood flooring and stairs for which gave me separate estimates for work to be completed in two days and asked for payments to be made each day. I negotiated a price for both the jobs but agree to pay for each job as it gets completed. However, He left the installation of transitions for next day (I wanted to confirm him what type of transitions needed, which he told me and asked to bring for the next day, so he can do it with stairs) which he didn't completed. He also didn't hauled the carpet and left all the furniture on the side. All this work, he said, he will finish, next day along with Stairs installation. Next day, he started making excuses and clarified that he had no plans to finish the work. The real reason was that first he tried to over charge me for the material than even measurement which I had taken prior to asking for quote from various vendors on Thumbtrack. Basically, I did my home-work on this project and he was caught on every occasion when he tried to cheat. I made a mistake that I trusted his words that he will finish the work next day but he certainly had other intentions. He could have simply said, I can't do the stairs but at least should have come back and finish the transition and other work that he already got paid.

First started as just to get the whole house painted, that led to getting the floor and counter tops redone in restroom, backsplash and counter redone in Kitchen. They helped me with re-caulking my windows and sink leaks! They do so much more than I expected, this is a great team and I recommend them for anything. Communicates well and includes updates every day. I will be reaching out to them in the future for more things to get done. Great crew and work ethic!
