What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have several cleaning packages available. Customers may visit the website to view the packages and what they include. They range from the basic clean to the detail clean.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding out what they want to see the home look like when the work is completed. This allows us to help the customer pick the right cleaning package. Doing a walk through of the home to help point out things I see and to make sure we are on the same page
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an eye for detail and have found that the definition of clean is not the same to all people.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
To make sure the person doing the work has the same definition of clean as you do.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What they want the home to look like on completion. Do they just need a general cleaning or do they want detailing. For example: the kitchen sink - do you want it cleaned only or cleaned and then polished. The same with bathrooms, they can be cleaned or adding a second step after cleaning to have everything from light fixtures to chrome polished and the room looking new when the service professional is done.
