She showed up when she said she would. She did a very good job on her first deep clean especially since the house hasn't been cleaned in a month. We are going to use her on a biweekly service. Phil S

Had two very small homes to be cleaned, one was pretty clean already, she missed some basic stuff like dust on to of the fridge. Second house she did a poor job on, probably because I paid her up front. Second house still had dirty counter tops, dusty fridge again.... Microwave and vent hood area was very dirty. Glass doors that we specifically talked about did not end up getting clean at all. I would not use her again. On the first date she had scheduling issues that I wouldn't hold aginst her, but on second date she showed up 4-5 hours late.... Which led to me having to pay her up front due to commitments I had and didn't have the luxury of being 4-5 hours late. Which likley led to the poor job on the second house....

I'm very sorry you felt that way. There was ALOT to do in both homes! Including spending an hour dusting by hand the ceiling beams in your barn apartment. I did however include a few extra things including scrubbing the oven hood covered in grease in both apartments. The beams in the barn apartment were covered in dust as well as the ceiling fan. I'm very sorry you were dissatisfied with your cleaning and had you specified that you wanted the tops of your fridge scrubbed cleaned I can assure it would have been taken care of. As far as schelduling I did my very best to get you into an already tight scheldule due to the previous weather. Again very sorry you were dissatisfied with your service.God bless.
