Introduction: Our care for first time customers; discount rates for those who can't afford the full rate; giving them extra services like laundry, errands, butler services, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, preparing meals for some who can't do for themselves, different methods of payment like zelle, cashapp, Venmo, paypal, cash, check etc.... I feel great when my customers are satisfied with our service. They are not making us clean for them, but we are delighted to be of service to them. I like to see the transformation of a home when we are done cleaning. Clients are sometimes surprised at how much we sparkle their homes upon completion. We use excellent cleaning supplies that are not toxic and we also use the clients preferred cleaning supplies. That makes then call us time and time again and some sign up for weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cleaning schedules. Our clients love us and that's a good sign when you can trust us going to your homes.

Melissa, Latosha, and Angelia arrived on time and worked diligently to deep clean my house. I appreciated that they asked questions about what I wanted and proceeded to clean quickly and quietly. I was asked to walk through the house and they followed through on areas that I pointed out. They expressed to me that they wanted me to be satisfied. I am hiring Estate Maids to come clean on a regular basis.

I just moved to my first home, here in Flower Mound about a month ago. I was in desperate need of a move-in cleaning service, as the previous owners had very obviously not had this home professionally cleaned. I seeked out many service professionals through both Thumbtack and my own research before making my decision to go with Estate Maids. I really appreciated their timely response to my inquiry and their willingness to be flexible with my cleaning, scheduling and financial needs. They were quite a bit late the morning of the cleanup but to makeup for it, the agency sent out five women, instead of the original two-three that were scheduled at absolutely no extra cost to me. I had to run about a million errands that day so I really appreciated their understanding of my time and rearranging their services to meet my needs instead of making me work around them. All of the ladies were courteous but two of them really stood out! They were very friendly and upbeat! I believe one of them was named Mrs. Shirley and the other lady's name was Cheryl. I hope I'm remembering their names correctly. I would highly recommend requesting these two ladies when booking Estate Maids for your next in-home clean! I would also highly recommend Estate Maids for their overall service. What I really admired about this particular agency was their commitment to ensuring satisfaction. They called me back within two-three days to follow up and for feedback. They waited for a couple days to give me time to look around the home and take account of what had been cleaned and done so with care and attention to detail. They assured me if anything was not to my satisfaction, the agency would send out another cleaning team with no cost to me until they got the job done right. They even offered to discount my next in-house cleaning should I come across any issues after the guaranteed 72-hours. There's not much of anything I can criticize as far as the cleaning goes. I'm a very detail-oriented person so I'm probably much harder to please than most folks, but Estate Maids did a phenomenal job of addressing most of my cleanliness concerns. I will definitely be giving them my business again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends, family and colleagues. If you're looking for courteous and professional service, Estate Maids is definitely the way to go.

My house was a crazy disaster after a year of severe depression. I was ashamed of my condition and hid in my dark, messy house. I finally got up the nerve to ask for help. Rose and her girls came in and cleaned it right up! Pretty sure she's not a maid but rather a guardian angel. She is a blessed woman and her girls are great! I look forward to having her come twice a month to keep me on track!

I go on line to learn more about cleaning and the different supplies I can use to make my cleaning better. I learn about the kind of people to hire. I hire leaders, not followers. Whether I'm around with them or not, they are leaders and do the best to make the company name exclusive of other company.
