- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Flat rate $49 diagnostic applies towards repair. Repairs range from level 1 for $185 includes capacitors, contactors, ect. To level 5 for $ 475 which includes blower motors and computer boards all repairs have a 1 year warranty unless otherwise noted.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?we go through the system and advise them. We like to ask about past issues or uncomfortable areas of the home. Its never fun spending your hard earned money especially on reoccurring problems. Were the fix it right the first time kinda company.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Always this field is always evolving you can never learn enought. American standard always has classes since the Hvac field is always evolving.You can never Learn enough.
