The first initial appointment was scheduled almost two weeks after we said we would like the service to be done. Then he missed our scheduled appointment. After the appointment, one of his guys accidentally flipped the switch and our air was turned off. We had to call an air conditioner tech to come out which was $180. We emailed him about the problem and never heard anything back. No follow up or anything to see if our air circulation had been improved or anything. Also no response to emails or calls. I wouldn't recommend him. Customer service needs to be improved.Sep 3, 2017Verified

- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?Recently we’ve been doing more and more insulation removals and installations. Depending on the attic size, it is usually one day to remove and one day to install new insulation. One thing that sets our company apart from others, is that we will fog the attic to disinfect it.
