Introduction: We at BRD can provide visual solutions for creating beautiful functional spaces in your home or apartment. We are all adjusting to a new normal for the time being. My daughter and partner Samantha (Sammi) and myself are very familiar with working and living in the same home. In answer to our new way of working with clients remotely we are using all of our interior design and window treatment software programs to assist you in visualizing fresh options to consider before you make decisions for new looks. We use pictures of your rooms, walls and windows and computer render changes from paint colors, furniture, accessories and window treatments. From our vast array of vendors we can create buying lists for you to purchase yourself or we can have them shipped to you. We can provide quotes for custom window treatments, bedding and furniture for you to purchase. We have created ways to install that are the least invasive as possible. Brandi Renee’

Interior Design

Brandi made everything so easy and it turned out both functional and beautiful. She was kind at what was a difficult time for me, and I felt like she really listened. Which she did because when installation day arrived everything worked well together and hit on what I like. I’ve never used an interior designer before, and I’m so glad I did. Window Treatment Installation or Replacement

I hired Brandi Renee Designs to make custom window treatments for my home. I could not have been more pleased with the entire process. Brandi and her team took the time to understand my home's needs, spent considerable time with me matching fabrics and making suggestions (which included computer designs of the various window treatment options "added" to pictures of each room), delivered a detailed budget, and then provided the installation service. The final "product" was amazing. In the very short time they have been up in the various bedrooms and family rooms, I have received many compliments. I would strongly encourage anyone looking for custom window treatment to consider Brandi Renee Designs. In addition to the expert workmanship, Brandi and her team are a delight to work with! You won't be disappointed! I am looking forward to using her team for additional design work in my home.

Brandi and her team did an excellent job with my window treatments! It was a smaller job than her usual work however it was absolutely beautiful and she gave just as much attention to a smaller job as a larger job. I am very pleased and will use her services again!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We can start with a non working interview appointment to determine the client's needs and discuss how we can work together and create a personalized a budget for their project at no charge and scheduling a working appointment to move forward on their job. For the first working appointment, and in an attempt to give new clients a flat number that gives them the initial services they need to receive the information they have to have to make informed decisions and accommodate my time to create the initial design package, I have created a value based fee of $395.00 to $500.00 for creating a design plan and a working budget that allows everyone to get the information they need to know what they are looking at a reasonable rate. This would be the second stage. Knowledge is power! The next step is my creating for them a design plan with all costs associated with each phase. If they prefer to just pay for time on an hourly basis, I can do that as well. We take clients shopping at a wholesale buying level at the Dallas World Trade Center at cost plus wholesale pricing.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Our first goal is to understand the client's project needs and create a budget for each area. We then take pictures and measurements of all areas to be designed. We will create computer renderings showing how the room could look with the changes. We make a complete budget outline showing the costs associated with each item or service. Once the design plan is created, the contracts for the services desired are signed, we move forward to either implement a full service contract plan or create a design plan for the home owner to implement, purchase and install on their own if they choose to DYI.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    The continued success of our company is due to the very trade specific education of all our team. Brandi Renee has been a member of the Interior Design Society since 1992. We attend conventions and seminars multiple times each year to stay on top of all new products, designs and innovations to bring to our interior remodeling clients so they have the most up to date options available. Brandi Renee and husband John Day have been remodeling interiors together since 1990 where they work in South Padre Island, Texas for over 12 years relocating to the DFW area right after 9/11 when the bridge from the mainland to South Padre Island was hit by a bargeman. We have an excellent reputation for service and work beyond expectation.
