Very knowledgable Mary lou and lauren where awesome very short notice before Christmas get moved in my apartment. Called them both up jump on it had it done. Lauren and Mary knows decorate and did they wow I was blown away by them women. They worked and never stopped it was Christmas eve that's how dedication they are to their Work.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We work with all budgets! Our goal is to give the most cost effective solutions to real estate professionals and home owners. Even the smallest changes can make a big difference. For staging: Step 1: Complementary phone consultation. We get to know more about your project and goals. Step 2: We schedule an in home consultation. $75/hr. ( 2 hour minimum). During our walk through, we take measurements, photos and discuss Scope of Work with our client. We then provide you with a Staging Assessment Report that gives you a list of our recommendations. Step 3: Choose your staging package! Every project is different. Pricing varies depending on the package you choose. Whether you're a DIY client or need full service occupied or vacant staging solutions, our costs are dependent on Scope of Work, Sq. Footage, furniture rental and accessories.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Communication is everything! We pride ourselves in making time for our clients and we want to guide you every step of the way. We schedule a complimentary phone consultation to get a thorough understanding of the project. From there, we schedule an in home consultation to assess the style of the home and to get enough information to provide a detailed staging report and quote. We aren't just home stagers and designers, we're project management professionals too. We have the experience to handle your project from start to finish and we work closely with our clients to ensure their satisfaction every step of the way.

    BA Communications-Marketing BA Interior Design Southwest College of Real Estate-Texas Real Estate Pre-licensing Education Certified in Construction Quality Management ( QCM) Certified in Environmental Compliance Assessment (ECATTS) Certified Green Professional (CGP)
