Things couldn't have gone better. He arrived on time I had no sound on the computer. He had that problem solved in about five minutes.I had an E-Mail address that was not showing in my address book but would pop up every time I would try to send an E-Mail. He solved that problem in just a couple minutes.our computer was extremely slow.He solved that problem. He cleaned up the computer by removing junk that had got on the computer without our knowledge.The day before I had called one listed in the yellow pages. He said he would be out at 3:30 that afternoon. He never showed.His office called later and asked if he could come at ten the next day. I said yes that would be OK. I waited until 11:00 and called them and told them to forget it. Thats when I found out about Thumbtack. Thank You.
