- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based upon the growth goals and clients speed to reach these growth goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I need to talk with prospects to flush out exactly what their specific needs are. Every business is a little different and our solutions tend to be catered to the client's specific needs. Once we figure out what it is going to take to get results for the customer we often move into an ongoing partnership where we shoot for hitting the projections and goals we develop together. We create monthly reporting to allow the client to keep their fingers on the pulse of what we do. In the first 3 months clients see a big leap forward and begin to see the value we bring to the table. Each quarter there after we continue to push closer and closer to the client's sales or growth goals. Average relationships can run anywhere from 6 to 36 months depending upon the size of the goal we are trying to hit and the resources the client already has in place.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have formal higher education training in the Advertising & Design space. We also have certifications through partners for Sales Training, Sales Assessments/Evaluations, Sales Selection/Hiring, and Inbound Marketing.
