- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge mostly flat rate fees for management and our leasing fee, which will save you money over the course of the year. We decided that it takes the same amount of time and effort to manage a low rent property and a higher rent property, so we decided to go with the flat rate. We will work with and for the owner to help manage their properties and maximize their revenue.
